Hi, I’m Amanda, a mom, nature lover, and former university instructor.
Zebra Love Gift Studio was born from a small spark during a difficult time.
For years, I lived with a disability that started almost overnight at age 36, with three small children. It forced me to spend much of each day lying down, often in pain and very isolated. During that time, creating became a way to stay alive inside — something beautiful I could think about, imagine, and build, even when my body could not do very much.
Over time, that small creative spark became something bigger: a gift studio built around thoughtful, meaningful gifts that help people feel seen, loved, remembered, and celebrated.
Zebras have become a symbol for people with rare, complex, and often misunderstood chronic illnesses. That symbol is part of the heart behind this shop.
