How to Start a Return

  • Find your orders under “My Account” on our website, zebralove.co.
  • Click on “Orders” and choose “Return Item(s).”
    • You can choose which items you would like to return.
    • Choose a reason from the dropdown and also type in a reason.
    • Include any photos of damaged or misprinted items.
  • Once we receive your request, we will email you within an hour to let you know your request was received, Then we will email you within 48 hours with a return label or further communication.
  • Follow the email instructions to print your prepaid label or submit any requested photos/videos.

Free 60-Day Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 60 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. 
  • Items should be in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
  • To make the process easy, we provide a link to print a prepaid return label or request —you don’t have to pay for return shipping.
  • Items that arrive severely damaged may not need to be returned. Please send us several well-lit photos of the item and the damage.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.

    Refunds

    • The refunded amount will be issued back to your original payment method.

    Wrong address

    • If you accidentally put the wrong address and the item is returned to sender, we may charge a fee to ship it back to you.
    • If you entered the wrong address and your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately at hello@zebralove.co, and we will attempt to update it.
    • If the order has already entered production or shipped, we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

    Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled before they are sent to production. We usually send orders to production by 10 AM each business day.
    • To cancel your order, go to “My Account” on zebra love.co, find your order, and click cancel.
    • We will process your cancellation within 7 business days.

    Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

             If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not functioning properly, please follow these guidelines for a quicker resolution:

           Damaged Items:

      • Take clear pictures of the damaged areas, including close-up shots to show the issue in detail.

           Wrong Size:

        • Return the item to us with the pre-paid shipping label we send within 48 hours

             Print Quality Issues or Misaligned Prints:

          • Lay the item flat on a surface.
          • Take a straight-on photo (not at an angle) showing the print quality or alignment issue clearly.

               Faulty Electronic Items:

            • Take pictures or a video showing your troubleshooting steps.

          Include a clear explanation of the issue.

          Send your photos or videos to us to hello@zebralove.co, or attached to your return request, and we’ll provide a refund, replacement, or additional support as needed.

          We recommend double-checking personalized or custom orders before placing them to ensure everything is correct.

          Sustainability Option

          To reduce waste, we may request that certain incorrect or damaged items do not need to be returned. Instead, we may ask you to recycle, donate, or dispose of the item.

          International Returns

          We are currently finalizing our policy for international sales and returns. Please contact us directly if you have would like to make or have an issue with an international order, and we’ll work with you.
